 Martha Hirsch, being first duly sworn_ states as
 follows:
 1. My name is Martha Hirsch, I am thirty-four (34)
 years old and live in FraminghamF Massachusetts°
 2. In November 1971_ I was 19 years old and lived
 with my parents° One morning I awoke and discovered that I
 could not grasp objects with my left hand° At first I thought
 i had slept on my arm, though it did not seem to be numb.
 3_ After several days, however, my left hand did
 not improve. My mother made an appointment with a local
 physician. After a brief examination he referred us to a
 specialists a neurologist°
 4. The neurologist conducted a thorough examination
 which included a spinal tap. At the conclusion of the examina-
 tion he told me not to worryr that the condition would clear up
