 Greg Paufler_ being first'duiy sworn, states as
 follows:
 I. My name is Greg Paufler and I am thirty=seven
 (37) years old. I reside in Springwater_ New York.
 2. In 1973_ while working for the Prudential
 Insurance Companys I began to experience a loss of feeling in
 my left thumb. This numbness spread to the rest of my left
 hand. I became concerned when these symptoms did not go away
 and made an appointment to see a physician.
 3. During a brief examination the doctor listened
 while I explained my symptoms. While I was talking he
 unexpectedly slammed his hand down on mine. ! was startled°
 He asked if I felt any pain° I did. He diagnosed my problem
